Award-winning CAROUSEL Contributors
In 2010, several past CAROUSEL contributors made good, winning a range of prestigious awards for their current work.
Congrats to Michael DeForge, who won “Best Emerging Talent” at The Doug Wright Awards, which recognizes the best in Canadian comics and graphic novels; Kristan Horton, who won The Grange Prize for Contemporary Photography; and Daniel Barrow, who won this year’s Sobey Art Award, Canada’s pre-eminent award for contemporary Canadian art.
